Wow! What a Year!

Pupils in Silver Birch and Willow class blew us away with their production this morning. Full of uplifting songs, jokes and fabulous dance moves. Even our prime minister made an appearance for one last briefing before the end of the year! Full video can be found on the Catmose Primary website.

May Dance 2021

We are delighted to share with you the vide of our annual May Dance which we held at School on Friday May 28th.

COVID RESPONSE

From 17th May, in line with Step 3 of the roadmap, parents and carers do not need to wear a face covering when dropping off and collecting their child from school on the playgrounds.

Ash Class Ducklings

Ash Class have enjoyed watching their ducklings hatch and grow recently. This week the ducklings took their first swim splashing about in their own pool.

May King & Queen Candidates

Well done to all our candidates who wrote and presented amazing May King and May Queen speeches. Super public speaking skills!

Rock Investigators

Oak Class have been busy in our Science lab this week becoming Rock Investigators! The took part in a number of close observations to identify what type of rock each sample was.

Online Safety

Children and young people’s lives have changed dramatically because of the coronavirus. With social distancing measures and schools closing to most pupils, children will be spending more time at home and online.

SCHOOL COUNCILLORS 2020

Farewell to our class of 2020

Dance show 2020

This week, over 70 pupils from Catmose Primary performed in the 5th annual Catmose Dance Festival.

African Drumming

Last term each class took part in an African Drumming workshop led by Keba, thanks to the Rutland Music Hub for their help in organising this.

Science Kits

Students from Harington School's Young Enterprise team joined our Year 5 and 6 girls recently to encourage the study of Science.

Gymnastics Success

Recently our talented gymnastics team took part in a competition at the Active Rutland Hub at Ashwell. 

Lights, Camel, Action

The children in Beech and Cedar classes wowed family and friends in their funny and delightful Christmas show.
