The School’s transformation plan is agreed by the local governing body and forms the strategic planning for a three year period. It is a full analysis of every aspect of the Schools work with respect to standards around teaching, behaviour, leadership and achievement.

It contains a detailed review of each of these aspects in order to prioritise the areas which require further improvement. In the case of an Ofsted inspection it would also be used by inspection team as our self evaluation document.
It is an honest appraisal of what we are doing well, what we need to improve further, how we intend to carry out this work and measure its success.

  • To support  greater depth (GDS) attainment with subject leaders looking at challenging the more able within their subject.  Use of Walk Thrus to support this, for example, high-quality questioning.
  • Embed the British Values Programme e.g., Activity Passport, PSHE, SRE and RE curriculum.  RE trips and visits to consolidate learning and challenge stereotypes.
